Returns Policy and Returns procedure
Before returning any item please follow our returns authorisation procedure by contacting us first. Please see our contact page. We will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.
Packing the item
Wrap the item securely and include the details of your order number or a copy of the invoice along with your returns authorisation email. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
We will not accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post. We therefore advise you to take out postal insurance.

Replacement or refund
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card or Pay pal account whichever way you paid.
